For vegans
As a vegan, I take a dropper full every morning. I guess if I don't, the vegan diet would kill me lol. it tastes good and I leave it under my tongue for 30 seconds to help absorb. It's a staple and I order it once a year

easy to take
I bought this thinking it was only B-12 but it is a great source for all the other B vitamins too. Unlike B Complex tablets, this doesn't stink and upset my stomach.

literally a life saver
I have a major B-12 deficiency. it got bad so bad a few years ago that I temporally lost the use of my hands and arms and I was passing out (sometimes while driving). long story short... I now take this supplement everyday along with a B- complex pill and monthly b-12 injections. If I miss a few days my hands become numb and that quickly reminds me I better take my Now B-12

Not bad, not great either
Minor item, but the image shows the dropper which was a selling point for me as it makes accurate dosage measurements and consumption easier. The actual product does NOT come with the dropper, so if you are expecting it like I was, you will be disappointed. The product itself is initially an energy boost, but after a few weeks it appears to loose its effectiveness, which could possibly be attributed to the body adjusting to the recommended dosage. I will be increasing the dosage a little to see if this is the case. If not I will try another brand.

Excellent Product
Excellent product by a very good manufacturer. This is very effective and very affordable. I have talked to several people who take B12 injections who tell me that they are able to reduce or skip them altogether. The advantage is that a daily sublingual helps to maintain a steady level of B12, where injections give you a high level at first and gradually decline until your next injection.

Pretty good
I don't care for the taste but its not too bad. It seems like it has a minty taste now that I don't remember it having before. It helps a lot if you are vegitarian/vegan or even if you're not. Good source of B12. I liked it better before they changed the flavor and formula.

Best Performing Liquid B Complex For Value So Far
I haven't tried a ton of B-Complex Liquids, but I have tried a good number of them. This one so is the best performing for the value that I have come across this far. I notice improvement in my energy levels and overall health better than any other one I have tried. Great for the value.

I just starting using this product, but it does seem to give me more energy. I take it in the morning & I feel like it gives me a needed "boost" of energy. A little more pricey than the Swanson product I normally order, but for a liquid is has a pleasant enough taste.

Feel the energy!
I had been using a sublingual B-12 for a while and did not notice the umph that I have gotten from this product. I can definitely tell a difference within minutes of taking it. My husband even noticed it right away in me. The taste is NOT something that I look forward to, but it works so well, I will just live with it!
