My rug started to come apart within 30 days. I tried to get a refund for a new one. Only need to find out the rugs been on backorder for the last couple of months so they offered me a discount which was honestly embarrassing to even offer so save your money spend more money on a better quality rug because this isn’t it. That’s at least 3-4 times a week on a rug I’ve owned 3 months

But there were some imperfections in the rugs -- some divots in them and some of the edges seem a bit threadbare. We returned them for replacements but realized they're in all the rugs. RugsUSA was very responsive to our questions and concerns. In the end, we kept them, even with their imperfections. I can't say we really notice them.

The fawn color is a nice neutral color. It is thick and soft under foot. There is some shedding when vacuuming that I expected with a wool rug, but nothing too crazy.

I love the rug but unfortunately it sheds way too much. The maintenance will require you to vacuum the rug at least a few times a week. Although it looks great, it’s not meant for a high traffic place like a living room

This rug looks so pretty, it’s just unfortunately very pool quality. First of all, I received the rug in a completely wonky shape, it is not straight on the edges AT ALL. They gave me a 20% discount, I should have just returned it but it is way too heavy for me to handle so that was impossible. It’s also impossible to clean, even just water leaves marks. Sheds very bad even a year later but that’s the least of my worries. Definitely regret the purchase.

The rug itself is not a quality I’m super happy with. It seems to soak up dust and crumbs. And the carpet fibers are always coming loose and are now all over the place. I thought over time, with some wear and vacuuming that it would settle, but I have not found that to be the case. It’s more of a chore to manage upkeep of it than I anticipated and I’m really not happy with this product at the end of the day. I would not have bought it had I known.
