No toxic smell like a plastic rug, feels good underfoot, EXCEPT... there are a couple of small weird spots with a white crumbly something that are pokey underfoot. i just smashed them and vacuumed, so they lose a star for that. otherwise, for the price, love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this rug back in March, and the shedding has only gotten worse. I purchased the rug in a 10x14 to cover the floor in the living room so that the dog & kids could play on something nicer than the hard floor without ruining the aesthetic of the room, and unfortunately I made the wrong decision. This rug feels more fit for a room that isn’t used regularly or for a house that no one lives in and just takes photos of. The tiny fibers keep me vacuuming daily and if you happen to sit or lay on this rug, you’re covered in fibers, they even stick to my dogs coat. I honestly don’t have the money to buy something new right now or else I’d get rid of this immediately. I am not a rug connoisseur or an interior designer who studies fabrics - I feel it would be important to tell the average consumer how much shedding is normal for the fabric type before we make the purchase. This will unfortunately be considered an L for me. I will also note that the pattern makes the rug look darker online, once you see it in person the white lines are much wider & make the rug look lighter as a whole. Ok I’m done being a rug Karen now 😭

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After doing a ton of research on rugs, one thing kept coming up—buy a wool rug. While it's a bit more expensive than a washable rug, wool rugs last for decades and don’t off-gas harmful chemicals.I’m extremely happy with the one I bought for my office and plan to purchase more for the rest of my home. There is a lot of shedding, but that’s completely normal for wool rugs. It arrived quickly and had no weird smells, which was a big plus for me and my family.

I ordered two rugs of the exact same style and product number, plus a third in a different color. Two arrived as 9x12, but the third was only 8'6" x 11'6"—a noticeable and frustrating difference. When I reached out to Target.com, they told me to contact nuLOOM. nuLOOM then directed me back to Target since the order was placed through them. Talk about a run-around! On top of that, these rugs weigh 50 lbs each, so returning them is a major hassle. Very disappointed in both the product consistency and the lack of accountability from both companies.

The rug arrived folded with no plastic in a damaged cardboard box, obviously not new from the factory. Even the box smelled moldy. We opened the rug but the smell was so bad we returned the rug immediately. That being said, I absolutely love the pattern and (otherwise) quality of the rug. I actually ordered the same rug and it arrives next week. Fingers crossed!

Looks really nice but doesn’t stop shedding. It fills my vacuum up with the little fibers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about this rug but after a few months, it has not held up at all. Knotted loops are fraying, sheds like crazy, can’t withstand basic cleaning without falling apart. Super disappointed.

Avoid purchasing. This carpet sheds fibers constantly and cause itchy reaction to anyone who touches the carpet.

The rug itself is pretty but I ordered the moss color and they sent me gray.

Rug was torn and frayed due to poor handling. Looks like it was dragged across the ground. It was only packaged in plastic which did not protect the rug.
