Very happy with my rug purchase! I didn’t get the rug liner since I have my coffee table to keep it anchored and it works great. Admittedly, I didn’t realize I chose the oval version of the rug since the photo of the oval style wasn’t showing up in the photo on the site (it showed as a rectangle), but I was still happy with it regardless! I had to change the shipping address after it had shipped and was surprised find their customer service via call and email was prompt and straightforward. They got the job done! Would purchase a rug here again!
