This rug is beautiful in photos. We purchased the rug and all of the white on the rug is a gray-blue color in person making the rug look drab and dull in color. We had to take a picture for Rugs USA as part of the return process and the pictures we took, the gray-blue was white in the photos. I can see why people purchase this product and then would be disappointed as the rug isn’t the way it looks in pictures. We even tried taking it in darker lighting and it still didn’t help. Rugs USA took good care of us. We were very appreciative of them waiving our shipping charges because of the discrepancy in the picture. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this particular rug, but I definitely will consider buying from Rugs USA again! Thank you. :)

This rug is so cheaply made and ugly. First off the background is a gray blue color. The pink is so different from the photo it makes me want to cry. It looks and feels like straight up plastic. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTO AND DO NOT BUY THIS. This deserves zero stars for the scam.

I really wanted to love this washable rug for our daughter's room, but I'm paying the nearly $50 shipping return fee because the quality is so poor. Our ten-year-old son thought it was upside down--that's the best way to describe the quality: it looks like the underside of a rug. There was very little pink and it gave off a florescent blue hue. We won't be ordering from RugsUSA again.

I received this rug today and the color is not all like the photos. The back is black and the rug is gray. So disappointing because if it looked like the pictures it would be perfect for the room. Hoping it’s a misprint

Beware! I purchased this rug looking for a pink rug. Lighter areas appeared cream. Upon receipt, the rug is more ruby and grey tones.

I was so excited to get this rug and was completely disappointed when I opened it. In the pictures it looks white with vibrant blues and pinks but that is not the case AT ALL. The background is a dingy blue/gray color which makes the rug look horrible. I emailed about my concerns and they just said colors are different than pictures due to lighting. This rug is a total scam and in order to return it they take $50 from my refund. Save your time and money do not buy this awful rug.
