Sad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I contacted RUGS USA about my issues and poor quality... Didn't get anything resolved even after I sent pics!!! I requested another rug of the same be sent to me and I said repeatedly I was not able to do any return. The medallion doesn't line up in the center and the edges don't line up AND took week to decrease a terrible smell! Very sad and I asked for a supervisor and was laughed at.

Navy rug

Description is inaccurate
I purchased this because it said it was 30 inches wide, that is the exact size I needed. Unfortunately, it’s 31 9/16” wide. Too wide for the space I need it to fit. Now I’m stuck.

Disappointing
I’ve ordered this rug 3x (replacing runners as they get yucky since they are in my kitchen). This time the colors were different than what I received the 2 prior times. Much more bright blue vs toned down like the others.
