Why did you choose this product over others?: My orchids are happier than ever. Being in a flat I dont have the luxury for proper composting but this sits in my kitchen and doesn't stink or attract 1000s of flies so its perfect for me.

What an upgrade this it!  Granted my previous system was just a food waste bad inside a little wooden compost caddy that was manually filled and emptied etc. . . but this is a revelation for me. First of all it arrived fast and was very well packaged. Really happy with the while process.   Secondly setting this up took meer seconds. it's pretty much a case to taking it out of the box and starting use straight away. Just out the grounds (or scraps/peels etc) in whenever you have them and let the machine do the work. It's quiet and highly effective. Can't companion one bit.   The filters and seals seem excellent and strong. Absolutely no smell coming from this once in use and that's exactly why I bought it really.   It also looks pretty nice. Is compact but with a large 'tank' and fits in nicely in the kitchen. loving it so far.

I've been really impressed with this so far. I throw at it banana skins, stale bread, vegetable peelings, coffee grounds, leftover meals and it disintegrates it all into fine brown odourless crumbs that I either throw on the compost heap or directly onto the flower beds. It's odourless in operation. It does generate heat and a little noise, but not too bad. If you produce regular amounts of waste and are fed up with the little flies you get with kitchen compost bins then this may be a really good option.

This product worked around 6 months but then stopped working. We asked the manufacture what to do, the product was still under warranty so we were told to return it for repairs. I have been communicating with the support team via email with no progress. I have yet to receive my composter or a refund.

Kinda expected more from the “Automatic Composter,” honestly. It does its job, but man this thing is loud, like, really loud. Also takes way longer than I thought, and you can’t just forget about it, you gotta sorta babysit. Not smelly, that’s true, but for the price and the noise, I’m not totally sold. It’s just… alright, nothing special, might not buy again.

Works okay but takes forever, and the noise is kinda annoying. Not great for tiny kitchens.

Compressor smells like gym socks after a day. Broke after a month. Not worth the space.

Very pleased with this product. Bought for to place uneaten food . It contains unwanted smells perfectly. Nice and neat and compact for work surface use. Love the design doesn't look out of place on a counter top, excellent quality. Does exactly what it says.

This item worked great for 5 months. Then the heating element stop working. I can not find and option on Pyle to return item as I have had it for more than 30 days. No information on the manufacturer web site for returns. Only the 30 days return policy. Not option the buy a replacement heat element. I would like a refund, but can not find any indication on the web sit

Im in love with my new helper! been wanting one for a long time, got the Nutrichef composter and totally recommend I use it every day, and throw the compost in the garden right away It literally transforms it into powder!

So yeah this composter works alright but it’s kinda slow and the noise is annoying sometimes.
