Works but you’ll become dependent
So I took these for 6 weeks (45 days instead of 30 because I took 2 capsules instead of 3 so I didn’t shock my system too much) .. I definitely had way more energy On no caffeine days when I usually need 2 cups of coffee… definitely was super h0rny and ovulating .. the DOWNSIDE: I ran out . My period that was coming regularly was 6 weeks late and I woke up one day with a chin hair which I haven’t had in years ! I’ve decided to buy a second bottle because of the benefits but I’m a little annoyed that when off it, it throws my body into whack worse than it was before I was taking them lol hoping to be pregnant by next year though I’ll let yall know. Disappointed – Caused Spotting and Bloating
I really wanted to like OPositiv FLO Ovarian Support, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work for me. After taking it for a few weeks, I started experiencing constant spotting even after my period ended, which was very unusual for me. On top of that, I felt uncomfortably bloated almost every day while using it. I tried to stick it out to see if my body would adjust, but the symptoms never went away. I stopped taking it and the spotting finally stopped after a few days. I know everyone’s body reacts differently, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product based on my experience. The side effects made it hard to continue, and it just wasn’t worth the discomfort.

These might be good for other people, but for me they were not good. The messed up my microbiome and messed with my period after using them for a month. Like I said they weren’t for me but everyone is different.

I have PCOS and this product has helped me so much with weight management and blood sugar levels. I can feel my periods being a lot more healthier than before plus there is not much of a smell. You definitely need to use it more than 3 months in order to see the results of the product. This is not the only product I use from o PositivHealth. Everybody's body is different, but if you have PCOS you will not regret it.

I have PCOS and have struggled with abnormal period cycles my whole adult life, at one point I went without a period for almost a year! I needed to take fertility drugs to have both of my children. Now almost 2 years after having 2 healthy beautiful boys my period is back to being irregular including over 50 days between periods and brown spotting for 2 days instead of a full period. I started this supplement and literally the next day started a period! I have taken a similar supplement before and had great results and I’m excited to have normal cycles with this great product! I will be recommending my OBGYN to look more into this for patients with PCOS!!!

Miracle Worker!
Let me just start off by saying that THESE PROBIOTICS WORK! I got my first period really young & went on birth control to regulate my cycle. I took myself off of birth control & that kinda regulated my periods. Then, they just STOPPED. I want to have kids in the future & I know that I may have PCOS . (FYI: you can still have kids if you have PCOS). Long story short: my period is back! I took these everyday for about three weeks & BOOM!

Less leg hair and Consistent Cycle
I've been taking this for 2 months now. My cycle has come on time and I've had less heavy bleeding which was my main reason for taking this. I have also had a dramatic decrease in leg hair, but the hair on my head had been coming in thicker. Love this product!
