I really would like to use this supplement, but I have the mthfr gene mutation and my body cannot convert the majority of the folic acid I take in into its usable form. Methylated folate would be a more bioavailable option for everyone. The gene mutation I have is the most severe form, but this mutation is relatively common and why not use the form everyone can use?

I have been treated for PCOS for YEARS! I take Provera every month for 10 days and still have not monthly cycle. Since I started this supplement almost 2 months ago, I have experienced 2 periods. I have been working on weight loss and more physical activity but the only thing I have done that is brand new was add Flo! Whatever it may be, I am going to keep this in rotation! I did my research and learned that a different supplement that was designed with black women in mind, was totally UNDER DOSING on the necessary supplements that were needed for PCOS. Flo was the ONLY supplement that I found that gave specifically what is needed and it appears to be working! I am THANKFUL! And the price is not bad for 2 bottles at a time! I'm sold!

Odd side effects
I was really hopeful this product would help support my PCOS, but unfortunately it did not work out for me. I started taking the FLO Ovarian Support Capsules exactly as directed, and within a few days I developed intense itching all over my body. I've taken Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol supplements before without any issues, so this reaction was very unexpected. I had to stop taking the capsules because the itching was so uncomfortable. While everyone reacts differently to supplements, I wanted to share my experience so others know to pay attention to any unusual symptoms. Sadly, this product wasn't a good fit for me.

Works right away
Within three days of using this product my period came back! I’ve never had a regular cycle and it’s common for me to miss a month or two. I had been without a period for about 8 months until I used these vitamins, I’m so thankful that they worked!

Melasma is gone!

I’ve been taking these pills and my cycle is regulated, NO CRAMPS, cycle went from 5 days to 4 days and it’s completely lighter than before. I have pcos as well and my symptoms are pretty much gone. I usually don’t do reviews but I’m amazed.

I was on the pill to regulate my irregular period from PCOS for years, but I decided to try FLO to see if I could regulate my period without the pill and cycle track. I have had a regular period, with just a couple days of variance at most, for nine months now. I am so happy because I never thought I'd get here. Buying FLO was the best decision I could've made for my menstrual health.

I don't like to give reviews but I had to do this. I am 50 and had myomectomy 2 years ago,. My period ceased and kept collecting in my ovaries. My doctor would drain and it will come back yet it won't bleed out. I was browsing on instagram and saw this product. I thought I should try it. The first 15 days on it I could sense the difference in my body. I was feeling stronger yet weak like I am about to have my period and yes indeed it was my period. It has been consistent for the past 2 months since I started taking these pills. I thank you very much.

Saved my uterus
I have had abnormal bleeding for four years after removing my IUD. I had a D&C of my uterus which was very costly due to my high deductible insurance, and the abnormal bleeding still did not stop. My doctor informed me, I could either get back on a birth control, have scalping of my uterus. Or a full on hysterectomy. I was in tears, I never gave up looking and God brought me to O positive. After only four weeks my abnormal bleeding has improved and now after 3 months it's back to normal no abnormal bleeding. I'm so grateful to Jesus that he brought me to this medication.

Gained 10 pounds in 2 months
I ordered these to hopefully help my painful endometriosis and to manage my weight. I took these supplements for 2 months in that time I experienced no improvements in my endo pain and also gained 10 pounds despite nothing else in my lifestyle changing. Cancelled my subscription and threw the rest in the trash.

Got my periods after 1. 5 months use
30, female (PhD candidate). There were multiple factors disturbing my body and hormones, leading to unexplained weight gain, severe acne, and no periods for straight 10 months. Dr put me on Nextstellis (birth control), but it did not regulate my periods. Somehow saw this on Facebook, read reviews, and ordered it. Use it on a daily basis for 45 days and got my first natural period after 10 months. I am feeling so relieved, hoping to see some changes in terms of weight management as well. Also, my hormonal acne vanished completely. Other than taking this, I also did seed cycling and used 2 cups of spearmint tea on a daily basis. Doing 30-50 minutes walk daily, taking omeg-3, vit D, and sleeping by 10-11 at night. I believe this has done wonders for me. Not a paid promotion though, sharing my real experience.
