I used this supplement for my first pregnancy and am so happy to use again for my next baby and breast feeding journey. I had an abundance of milk supply my first and I believe this supplement was essential in that. I loved being able to easily take a supplement (anything to make those first post partum months easier!) knowing it was helping me support my milk supply / milk stash and my baby!

This product is amazing. Personally I have no adverse reactions to fenugreek. I've tried teas and bars with little to no results, but fenugreek is the very thing that seems to really help me with my supply. I went from pumping 4 ounces to 6 ounces. I couldn't be more pleased with this product. I love Oat Mama. Thank you!!!
