    This is by far, the absolute best protein drink that I have ever had. I use 24 ounces of water per scoop and only a little ice, so it's just the right sweetness for me. I added about a half of a cup of ice the first time I made it, and it created a large icy mass that took quite a bit of time to break down. A few cubes is just enough-or blend it and pour it over ice. I use a nutra bullet to blend it up. I have 4 flavors to switch it up for some mid afternoon protein. This stuff is amazing. Honestly, I spend the same amount of money on high protein yogurt for roughly the same amount of servings. So the price for me is worth it.
