I am a pretty disciplined. and I have consistantly taken the regimen and watched my food. if any weight came off at all it was only because of my efforts, I gave it 3 months and I have not lost any weight. it has bounced up and down. not good at all

I have lost absolutely no weight, taking it the way it was recommended, and then swapping to take one in the morning and two in the afternoon. As a matter of fact, I've gained about 8 to 9 lbs. I am eating the same as I've always ate. This product just did not work for me at all.

Not really sure how I feel about this product,didn’t see a difference in my weight,i exercise 4-5 times a week,drink a gallon of water a day and do eat clean the majority of the time! To me it was a waste of money!
