I have lost absolutely no weight, taking it the way it was recommended, and then swapping to take one in the morning and two in the afternoon. As a matter of fact, I've gained about 8 to 9 lbs. I am eating the same as I've always ate. This product just did not work for me at all.

Not really sure how I feel about this product,didn’t see a difference in my weight,i exercise 4-5 times a week,drink a gallon of water a day and do eat clean the majority of the time! To me it was a waste of money!

This product is absolute trash. It doesn’t work. I’m on my second bottle of the 30 day supply and even taken four of them doesn’t do anything does not work. It does not subside my hunger or my cravings. It was a waste of my money in time but I like trying new products, but unfortunately, this one was an ultimate fail waste of money
