Great Taste

Wakame is easy to prepare just by soaking in water, it will reinstate. Wakame texture is silky, smooth and chewy. It tastes with natural "sea" flavor and saltiness, with rich nutrients and umami flavor.

Delicious umami flavor boost!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The addition of the wakame to various recipes I tried gave the dishes an extra punch from the yummy umami flavor of it. I would be interested in trying out the kombu now too and make some homemade dashi!

Perfect Snack
