Very Nice Desk Chair
I like this desk chair. Very simple and straight forward - as other reviewers have indicated, no advanced features like lumbar support. But for the price, it is as attractive and comfortable chair as you will find. And the styling is more like a piece of regular furniture - so it does not look like and \'ugly, office\' desk chair. I have two of these chairs and like the styling and smaller size than many desk chairs out there. The second one I purchased arrived damaged in shipping - the height control; handle tab was broken. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. So nice chair and excellent customer support!

I work from home & I also have back issues, so this chair was not only comfortable, but a nice large size as well. It was not super hard to put together, but it is definitely a heavy & durable chair

Excellent Customer Service
We ordered this chair and it arrived on schedule. It assembled easily and we liked the look and feel of the chair. The product dimension lists 23 inches as the width, which is true for the seat. However, the base is slightly larger (about 24.5 inches) and the opening under our antique desk was such that the base would just eek by. Since we did not want to damage the desk we decided to send it back even though the chair looked great. However, the shipping cost back was as expensive as the chair itself from our location in Oregon. I contacted the company and the customer service was excellent. For a reasonable restocking fee they sent me a prepaid shipping label and when they received the chair back, they refunded the rest of the purchase price. Throughout the process they kept in contact via e-mail. I would not hesitate to buy other products from a company that handles situations like these so well.

Good for a wider rear
I'm happy with this chair, but it is a bit more reclined than I am used to, so probably not great for those looking for spinal support. If I am sitting fully upright, no part of my back is touching the chair back. One thing that's nice is that the seat is a bit wider than the average office chair.

Very attractive and well built with quality materials.
I've had this chair for about 9 months and it's held up great. I work remote and use it at least 4 days a week constantly throughout the day. The seat padding was lacking from the start, but I knew that going in from previous reviews. I just use a simple cushion with it which works just fine. I was more concerned with it looking decent in my workspace and hate your typical bulky black office chair with more buttons and gadgets to bother with. The other important factor for me was the wheels. They're good quality and are softer so they don't scratch my wood floors and I don't need an ugly mat which ruins the floor anyway. You can upgrade the wheels if you want, but the ones they come with are pretty good. The seat itself is very wide so if you have a big tush I'd imagine it'd be more comfortable than most normal office chairs that you'd have to squeeze yourself into. It's simple, attractive and well made. I'm happy with it.
