I accidentally bought this one instead of the purple shampoo. When I saw biotin on the bottle I thought to keep it as it would not hurt to “add vitamin to my hair!” My hair started falling out in big chucks right after 😱I stopped using it and switched to my old shampoo and it stopped.

I just bought a new large bottle, it’s not the same shampoo. It left my hair feeling heavy and limp . The old formula left by hair with bounce and texture. Very disappointed.

Where has this been all my life? I love it. I have always had thin hair. Now as I am getting older, it is getting worse. This shampoo helped give my hair more volume. It is more affordable than other volumizing shampoos.

it did not need changing! I have used this shampoo for a couple of years. I am so dissapointed in the "new and improved" formula. Nothing is new and improved about it! The smell is terrible, the feel of the shampoo is terrible, the way it makes my hair feel is terrible.

This new and “improved” formula is the worst thing that has happened to my hair in a long time! It leaves my hair and scalp so dry and itchy! The original thick and full with biotin and collagen that look creamy and purple was great! I used to love it. My hair looked shinier and healthier. Now with this new clear formula of the shampoo my hair looks and feels like straw!!! I don’t color treat or use styling tools so I know this damage is being caused by the shampoo! My scalp is itchy and my hair is dry and brittle from this new formula!!!! Go back to the original formula or I will never be able to use this product again! Now I have to try to find a new shampoo! I’m so upset!

Used this product for years and LOVED it. Opened a new bottle and noted it looked and felt different NEW Formula small flag on bottle. Used it for a week shampoo every day since I have fine flat hair in a short pixie cut. Previous formula gave me nice fullness and lift. This new formula weighs down my hair flat even right after drying. So bad I tossed the product, my husband says I'm super frugal so for me to toss an almost full bottle of shampoo is saying a lot. You've lost a customer.

This shampoo was making my hair fall out! I originally bought the conditioner version of this and LOVED it - it smells so nice and makes my hair feel great, so I thought I’d try the shampoo. It smells horrible and causes way more shedding, even after using it for a few weeks. My hair looks lackluster too. Do not use!!

I love all the benefits this shampoo gives. It’s worth the money on that alone. The bottles are pretty stiff so it could be hard to get it out. Shampoo is a thicker texture than others I have previously used. Leaves my hair clean and smelling good.

Very disappointed about the new formula … been using the shampo and conditioner since 2019. It was a wonderful then they start to change the formula. I had to find another brand … this week I found one bottle of the old formula in my stuff and I used omg … very unfortunate you had to change the formula it was the best in the game… for straight , curly hair :(

Making me lose so much hair in the shower, and when I’m out the shower my hair is tangled and dry and frizzy like crazy even though I just stepped out. And bc of that I lose even more hair after the shower when I brush it. Maybe this shampoo works better on others but as someone with fine thin hair it’s just making it worse

Oh OXG what have you done to my favourite shampoo? I have been buying the purple colour shampoo for years and I love it. It makes my hair full and soft. Used it all up so bought a new bottle a couple of weeks ago. Couldn't understand why it was a different colour but assumed it was just as good. NO it isn't. Makes my fine hair flat and heavy and also didn't lather like the old one did. Please change it back and why mess with a brilliant product. I will not be using the new formula so unless you bring it back you will have lost my custom and, reading other reviews, some others too!!!
