I like the flips cup because it helps keep the mix ins crunchy and fresh. The texture was smooth and enjoyable. I think it’s a convenient option to have as a quick snack or supplement breakfast…but it doesn’t have quite enough protein to have by itself as a meal. What could be improved: I feel like it could be more than 11 g of protein. I also think the price point is a little higher than it could be. I also wish there was less sugar.

Then you add in the mix of pretzels, chocolate and toffee pieces- it’s amazing! It gives the most amazing flavor combination! Love it! The yogurt was creamy and had a pleasant mouth feel, but the tartness of the Greek yogurt overpowered the salted caramel flavor. I didn’t get any caramel. It was salty Greek yogurt. I also think it needs more mix ins. If I’m going to add things into my yogurt I want a decent quantity. They were reasonably priced for Greek yogurt, and I may try other flavors, but not this one.

This is a delicious salted caramel yogurt with sea salt praline pretzels, dark chocolate and butter toffee pieces to mix in. I had this for my breakfast but it would make a great dessert!! It was so delicious and I love the caramel and mix in pieces. This is a must have because it feels like I am cheating but I really am not!!
