I definitely struggle with eating enough protein and hate a lot of the powders so it’s nice to have a yummy yogurt to help push me towards my goals! Also, i’m lactose intolerant and this didn’t bother me!

I think the serving size is good considering it’s a shot. Texture was smooth and didn’t taste too thick. Only thing I would change in this product would be for the milk to be an organic option. Otherwise, I enjoyed how this was a quick way to get some more protein in my diet.

They do have a thicker taste than a normal yogurt would, but still good. Id recommend to anyone who needs a quick protein snack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oikos Pro is my go to yogurt, so I was stoked to have the opportunity to try these Oikos Pro shots and I've got to say, they are pretty awesome. The consistency is like that of milk, but it has that little tang that you expect from Greek yogurt. The mixed berry flavor is really good, the right amount of taste without being too sweet or too tart, and it goes down nice and smooth. I find these to be an easy way to add some extra protein and nutrients to my breakfast or snack, just keep in mind it isn't going to tackle any hunger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve already repurchased the Oikos Pro Shots - they’re the perfect quick shot of protein to help tide you over until the next meal, and the mixed berry flavor is super tasty. You do have to mix these well so it doesn’t clump to the bottom, but I appreciate that it doesn’t have the chalky taste that a lot of other protein drinks have. Would love more flavors of these, but otherwise a great product and will continue to repurchase!
