I noticed that it is slightly less sweet than other brands (which personally I like) and I like how it’s advertised as a healthier yogurt with lots of protein. The yogurt doesn’t look nor taste artificial. I do recommend shaking it as when I first opened it without shaking it, the consistency was not right.

I was interested in trying it because of the protein; however, I didn’t find it to be the healthiest option. It contains “natural flavor” and isn’t organic, which was a bit disappointing. The strawberry flavor is a little strong, but it still tastes delicious overall. The texture was thick and not a terrible option for a quick snack or breakfast. I liked it but not live it!

I've previously regularly got the activia yogurt shots, which are more focused on probiotics and less on protein, but these are definitely comparable in taste but with the extra protein.
