The flavor was off — kind of artificial with a strange aftertaste that lingered. The texture was thick but not in a good way; it felt chalky and dry, almost like protein powder mixed into yogurt. I appreciate that it’s supposed to be healthy and high in protein, but the taste and mouthfeel made it hard to finish. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

It is definitely a thicker yogurt compared to a yogurt with less protein. I would buy this to start my day with protein and helps hit macro goals because it doesn’t have high carbs or fat.

If you need a protein boost in your day, this would be a quick and easy, inexpensive option to have on hand. These come in a few different flavors. I got the strawberry flavor. It’s subtle not too strawberry tasting, but with some fresh strawberries on top it would be perfect. These come with the space to add any toppings of your liking. All I had on hand was granola and blueberries. I like to add a drizzle of honey if I’m looking for something more sweet. They’re a little pricier but if I’m packing a lunchbox for myself, these would be good to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Oikos and I loved this Oikos Pro Complete Protein yogurt. It's a great way to get my protein, I mean 20g??!! Only 3g of sugar??!! You can't beat it! It's a nice thick yogurt, I prefer to whip it a few times with a spoon before eating to make it creamier versus a stiff thick yogurt. The taste is delicious. I added a scoop of my protein powder and it added 20g more of protein, as well as crut up strawberries. It was the perfect after workout meal. My only complaint and this happens with all my Oikos products, the package said the serving size is 150g but when I weigh it on my food scale for it weights 138g. That's a difference of 12g of missing product per container and changes the macros significantly. This also amounts to 48g less product in a 4 pack!

The texture is just like any other yogurt, maybe a little thicker but not bad at all. It definitely needs a good stir before you enjoy it, but that’s no big deal! I rated only 4 stars because although the taste while eating is amazing it does have a brief second of a tangy aftertaste but not unbearable. I will definitely purchase again and also try other flavors!
