    Quit working after two weeks

    I enjoyed while it worked; smooth ride, custom lighting, good brake system, powerful, but it quit working after 5 min into my commute. I hadn't overloaded it, went out in the rain, etc. I charged as per directions. I believe it came with a faulty battery?

    I've done a ton of research and I kept coming back to the OKAI Neon Pro for the "Most Bank For The Buck" when it comes to a commuter. The quality of this scooter is all around fantastic and I'm very impressed with how much I love it and use it.

    I did my homework and checked the reviews. Hand picked this Neon Pro as my first e-scooter. I have a belief when you buy electronic products, you buy the most advanced model if you could afford. I am glad I picked this one, best performance and way better than those non-branded ones.

    Keep hearing good words about this scooter from my bestie. I even tried hers once and love it. Wait until a recent promo and get the deal right away. Love the long range and Neon lighting setup. You could have an OKAI app to remote control it like an auto. The scooter even has a Vin number to each one, so cool.

    I live in New York. One time I caught the digital ad of the scooter in the Metro station, very impressive. Then I searched online and found it worth to buy for my daily commuter in the neighborhood.

    We made a purchase of a few of these for a large warehouse so some of the staff can get around quicker when they need to between the warehouse and our office and lot. Out of the 10 we bought none of them have had any issues thus far. The team enjoys them. We might look into a few eBikes with cargo areas as well to add to our fleet.

    Roommate and I each bought one to get around our beach town with or go bar hopping. The lights are dope and probably the main reason we first went with the Neon Pro but after riding it around some now it's been so much more than that we enjoy. While the bright lights make it a perfect companion for a night ride, the foldable handle bars and deck grip made were an added benefit.

    Pros: the one-click folding system is great, water resistance, wonderful electronic stability control on the brakes and disk, the NFC card reader and OKAI smart app - making it impossible to have your eScooter stolen, and going uphill is a breeze. Cons: I have an adroid so the app is a bit slow and keeps running in the background until I manually close it, and you can only switch off the deck and stem lights using the app.

    I just bought the neon pro, it's pretty solid with some cool lights that the other didn't have. Wasn't sure if the lights would effect the battery but it still got amazing range for each charge. I also like the fact you can carry it around easily because the weight is evenly distributed.

    I work night shifts at a nearby warehouse and was in the need for something reasonably priced and small for my commute but also equiped with lights for the seasons that have longer nights. . This e-scooter is apporpriatly named. The lighting system features bright adjustable front and rear LED lights as well as front, side, and rear reflectors. The taillight doubles as a brake light. and then on top of this the neon pro features two bright RGB LED strips - one under the deck and one on the stem.

    What a great scooter for beginners like me. I've yet to have an issue and have taken it out multiple times now. The power is limited to a low speed of 15mph and the brakes work great. It's got just enough power to go up low grade hills, the lighting system is perfect for evenings and the range of distance was longer than i expected.

    Received it about a week or two ago, the wife and I are loving it. So much so we're saving for one more so we can ride together sometimes. Customer service at OKAI was great, had a few issues ordering and they were able to help us out in a breeze. While nobody likes issues, knowing you get a friendly rep improves how you view a company for future products.

    Each of our kids got one for an Easter Surprise.We are incredibly happy with them so far. My husband did is research well on these. Stable, sturdy, safe, sleek (all the right "s"') and long battery life for the amount of speed and distance it goes. Bonus - kids dig the lights!

    College student here. Switched from the Segway Ninebot Max to the Okai Neon Pro and while it's a bit heavier, it goes faster and lasts longer for a small price tag. It's an easy ride and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
