Wayyyy too spicy for mild.

Why so hot? I’ve used this sauce for years, but now even the mild sauce is so spicy. The mild is usually for family dinners, but there’s no way you could feed this to most children. They would be in tears. I’m almost in tears, and I can handle some spice. It never used to be hot. Why have mild, medium, and hot if the mild is going to be so hot if leaves your lips and throat burning all day? I’m so disappointed. I don’t have any choice but to change sauces.

Changed sauce!

The recipe changed in like one weeks time!! I use this sauce every time I make stuffed pablano peppers. This last time the sauce was thin and was just like cheep franko American spaghetti-o sauce!! 🤢 very disappointed. Life long customer...gone!!!

Natural flavor, what is it?

I used this product in a chicken enchilada soup and loved it. Recently, I developed an allergy called ALPHA-GAL. I want to know if the natural flavors listed in the ingredients come from beef or pork products.

Good Replacement for My Regular Brand

This is good! I’ve bought La Victoria for years and it’s not available for shipment suddenly. This one from Old El Paso has the same strong, Mexican spicy flavor and mild heat. I use it on burritos or as a dip for corn chips or fried tacos and bean burritos.

Products warning

I have used the sauce for years. And have always stood by it. But now .. sorry to say... It says it is Bioengineered. I'm in a group on Facebook who are strongly against this. And we are growing by the numbers, so we're contacting companies Letting them know that we will no longer be buying their products. Until it's removed, it is too dangerous for our bodies.

New flavor that doesn't taste good

I have been using Old El Paso enchilada sauce since the 1970's, and like others, I've noticed a change in the taste. I no longer like the flavor and am on the hunt for another brand of enchilada sauce.

What happened to the old stuff? Not even spicy

Probably a good recipe but I just hope somebody there sees this I normally buy your hot sauce I remember several years ago having a can that my mother bought by accident My father and I sitting across the table wide-eyed as our lips burned and our eyes watered, It was actually hot and slightly thicker than it is now nowadays this stuff is basically like water not thick at all.. and definitely not spicy.. I would give the overall flavor a two out of five The overall spice maybe a one possibly a 1.5

I just read the label and it says "contains Bio-engineered food". Like other reviews this has been a staple in my pantry. But now it will not be!!

Best canned sauce ever

Bought this product to fulfill my coupon policy. This is the best sauce ever. It the best tacos I ever ate. I actually ate five paddles of sauce before I cleaned up. I will always buy this sauce again for my tacos.

Recipe on can

Very easy, quick recipe for enchiladas. A nice change-of-pace meal for the family. I spray baking dish with cooking spray for easy cleanup. P.S. Stick with Old El Paso brand. Store brands will not give you the same results.
