Pathetic customer service!!!!!

This review is for Target and not the item. Let me make this clear, this review is not so much for $40 but to bring about that Target customer service does not respect customers or acknowledge that there is a gap that should be addressed. If they can’t do anything, there better be there no people answering phones. Apparently some items sold and shipped by Target have 30-day return policy. I came to know about it as I went to return the brush. Target completely refused to return and refund or do a store credit. If the policy is 30 day, they have to list this information on the receipt. This is what all vendors do. Nothing was listed on my receipt and customer service was as useless as it could be. I did not expect such pathetic response from the customer service. Target, you guys need better policies for your customers.
