I tried this product because my doctor wanted me to take Vitamin D3. I hate taking more pills. I found these and can feel good taking them and they do work.

I love these and am very disappointed the only way to receive was shipping because they came all melted

I took these for a long time and they always made me feel great! They were more than affordable and like a nice little yummy treat every time I took them. As always with Olly, the packaging is perfect and the ingredients work well together!

One of the best things I’ve tried. They taste amazing, like candy. Product is priced right. I only tried one bottle, but should have continued because I feel like it was starting to work like it was supposed to. Love the square shaped container.

I like those gummies, they taste great and is easy to take! It has vitamin D & saffron extract pretty much. I did feel a little more motivated while taking those. Packaging is way too big for the amount that comes in it, and the price is a little expensive without the deals. The only downside for me is the sugar on the gummies..

These things work. I suffer chronic pain and feel down a lot. I caught myself singing a happy song out of nowhere and that really surprised me.. realized later I was on day 4 of these , and they were working!

Absolutely no effect on my mood. Took two a day for two days. No reaction. Last time I took it I laid down and slept for an hour.

Is this a safe amount of saffron after reading different things on this

I take this for depression. Around the 3-4 weeks mark, I really started to feel like myself again. It works, you just have to give it time!

I picked these up because my normal D gummies were not on the shelf. Did not think saffron would make any difference in mood. However, after 2 weeks I am noticing a definite difference in my anxiety, panic attacks and grief. I find myself saying well thats weird usually xyz would cause me to get anxious or angry, the panic attack which has been happening same time every day for almost 4 years did not occur today-a little anxious but it was a relief not to feel it. Like having a migraine lifted . And since our sons death nearly 4 years ago I still feel the weight of grief sadness. But again the last few days that loss was recognized but I did not feel the overwhelming need to cry.Almost as though my brain had a weighted security blanket to modulate the sadness. Its hard to feel like everything's ok but the last few days I have. It will be interesting to see if it continues. I do wish that you had small,labeled,travel size bottles and a cute travel case. it would be helpful.

Realized at the end of the day that I was in a good mood all day….thats how subtle it was!!

These have been life changing for our family. I use these for my 2 children with ADHD after researching some clinical studies on saffron. They do have an aftertaste but don't bother my kids. I give 2 gummies to my 11 year old and 1 gummy to my 6 year old. They definitely help to improve their mood but the change has been dramatic in my 6 year old. He has struggled with emotional regulation due to his ADHD. After a month or so of consistent use we noticed he was able to regulate his emotions better. He could inhibit some of his reactions and cope better with big feelings. After 2-3 months the difference was dramatic. He is happy and joyful and the triggers that used to send him into a massive reaction are now much smaller and manageable for him. There is no such thing as a magical pill or supplement, it takes a lot of other tools as well, but since starting this the other tools we had been using actually work and we no longer feel like we are putting a massive amount of energy into supporting him and only seeing minimal benefit. Of note - the saffron does not help his hyperactivity, and while he can better inhibit reactions he still struggles with significant impulsivity. But when he is not frequently overwhelmed by his emotional state he is in a much better space to work on ways to cope with these symptoms.

My absolute go to when i need a quick pick me up in moods. I use this with both work and life balance. As a mom of 2 teens and a corporate employee, this works like a charm to put me in a better mindset overall on a daily as needed basis. These work like a charm! Go get em!

Do not like the taste , it leaves a bad taste . I wish you would make all of your gummies in a gel pill too.

I take these in the winter when I’m not getting outside as often or during long patches of gloomy days. They help my mood and help me feel better overall.

Let me just say I LOVE Olly! I take the women's multi, Beauty and metabolism. They really work and are delicious !!!! So I was excited to try Hello Happy. What a disappointment! The taste makes it inedible! Please change the flavor!

Don’t be fooled by the size of these! Small but packs a huge dose of happy! Tastes like a sour gummy, and nothing like the gross vitamin flavor of most gummy vitamins. I was surprised how they really do help-they take the edge off of the annoyance leaving you feeling happier overall!
