I purchased them to help with constipation. I have to take 9-12 capsules per day for this to help. I need to find magnesium capsules that are 400 or 500 mg PER CAPSULE. I will only use capsules.

It was recommended to me by my G.I. doctor that I use magnesium citrate not only as a supplement but as a stool softener. It’s a natural supplement that everyone needs and is in great shortage of and it works great as a stool softener it’s a little more subtle than magnesium oxide and magnesium oxide is poorly absorbed

I tried several other mixed Magnesium pills and found out that the pure citrate helps best for sleeping better.

I like this form of Magnesium Citrate. I've tried other brands of Citrate and they act like a laxative but this product doesn't. The serving is 3 capsules to make 400mg. It's easy to add or minus a capsule with this brand. The doctor said I need more than the standard 300mg so this makes it easy to just add a capsule if needed.

I used many magnesium supplements.. this one is very gentle on the stomach and does what magnesium is suppose to do. I find this one very relaxing on the body and mind.

magnesium is good for the heart,the muscles ,the nerves and the bones. Taking too much is bad for you. Magnesium citrate was recommended for me to take rather than the other types of magnesium. I am not crazy about the size of the capsule. It seems to be helping me. I am still on my first bottle so I will continual to evaluate this supplement until I find something better.
