Magnesium works for me. Solgar is a quality company.
I was having muscle cramps and wanted something non prescription to help. It was my understanding that magnesium is something many Americans are deficient in. I tried this and found it to be very effective. My doctor is fine with it, too. One night I took it on an empty stomach before bed and a warmth came over me as my muscles relaxed. Proof that it was working, I'd say!

This is a good magnesium for me. The quality is high and effective, and I really like the fact that they package it in a glass bottle.

Great Product!
Only Magnesium I've found that works really and my body readily absorbs! My doctor is very pleased with my bloodwork since adding this supplement a few years ago!

Really like it.
I've been using this for over a year and now put my Dad on it. It is better than another brand I used. Works great!
