Nutrients are amazing especially for my face, helps hold moisure, can layer to give a bit of color/ beauty blur, too. Om has a good sized bag at a better price than I can get elsewhere with out increasing the size- keeps fresher.

Skeptical of its efficacy....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging label touts “full spectrum” chaga, which in my mind means the product could very well contain more myceliated oat filler than actual Chaga mushroom. Keeping in mind that these mushrooms are grown in a lab and not under naturally occurring conditions. Wild Chaga grows on various types of birch trees, not blocks of oats or other grain. I don’t know that I would make this purchase again based on what I’m learning about functional mushrooms.

Chaga helps my sciatica
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it!! Have it in my coffee everyday!! Strange thing... I have sciatica real bad, and one day I noticed my pain was gone. I had run our of chaga, and wasn't going to get more for another couple weeks. During that time, my pain came back, and when I got the chaga again, I noticed that my pain disappeared again! That's when I put 2 and 2 together... coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences!
