Anyway, I was really surprised by the Gummies. They’re so cute. I wish they were sugar-free, but the sugar content is low. They are shaped like a mushroom. And yes, it’s partially placebo, but I really feel good after the first week.. thanks guys PS I sent my college daughter a bottle, but that’s still a question of. Will she try them? The jury is still out.

I read about mushroom powder in mens health about slow urine flow.I started using the Master Blend and surprisingly my flow doubled. I mentioned my findings to my Urologist. I have also been taking the lions mane powder and have noticed I am more engaged in social situations and am more likely to finish an article. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Om Master Blend for 3 years now ,usually with an organic cereal mix with almond and or coconut milk,sometimes in a smoothie.The taste is prettyneutral which is fine with me. Both of my brothers have had an aggressive prostatecancer. I changed my diet dramatically 14 years ago and added a mushroom blenddaily about 5 years. If there is a health benefit or placebo effect I'll take it. Thanx !

With no expectations, I thought I would try it and see if there were any health benefits for me. I was astounded! I have serious back issues and live with neuropathy in both my feet (in my case a constant tingling). After using this product for a couple of weeks I noticed a BIG reduction in my symptoms! I couldn't believe it! The tingling was not totally gone but definitely halved. I searched the internet for information on mushrooms and neuropathy and found studies from the NIH that suggest that mushrooms have neuroregenerative properties. I am NOT a doctor, and I am NOT saying this will be your experience. I am just sharing my own story. LOVE this product!! Thank you OM!!

Added to my coffee each morning with my collagen powder and no problems and feel I am doing something great for my health.

The master blend adaptogen supplement powder really messed my stomach up with bloating and reflux. I'm still not giving up on it I know it's very good for you I just wish my body could take it! I add the recommended amount into 20 oz of my hot coffee beverage once a day preferably in the morning. The day I decided to sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of my coffee I created a bomb and started to feel nauseous and realized that I was going to vomit; to my surprise I didn't only have to vomit! It took me weeks to call my stomach down and try both the mushroom powder and cinnamon separately to see which one I could tolerate and the cinnamon powder I could and I was afraid to go back to the mushroom powder because before this whole thing happened I noticed when I was using it alone I always felt funny later on after my first cup. I can just have a sensitivity to mushroom powder I don't to the actual mushrooms though. Everything about this stuff is good so I wouldn't deter anyone from using the product I'm just telling my story because we're all individuals.
