Capsule convenience

It is very convenient to have this blend in a capsule form so he can take those without a problem. It's also great that they're in a vegetarian capsule so if I should run out of my powder I can also take these. I like to believe this blend is helping us both.

It really does support you
I do not write reviews . Although, I figured this may give some reassurance to others in the same situation I am in. I started taking this initially for the stress relief and vitality. All around wellness really. I noticed the bottle also included gut health. You guys.. I have struggled with IBS since I was a child. I’ve been taking this for 2-3 months now. It has exponentially improved my pains and digestive issues. I know everyone’s bodies differ. But from my experience, 11/10 would recommend.
