A: Hi Shawn! Our Mushroom Complex contains all of the mushroom types in Ryze’s mushroom coffee, plus several more. However, our complex notably does not include the coffee, milk, or MCT oil in Ryze’s formula. As such, our mushroom complex is likely a good fit for anyone looking exclusively for mushrooms, rather than a mix of mushrooms with milk and coffee. Several mushroom types in our mushroom complex, like Reishi, Lion's Mane, and Shiitake, may support digestive and gut health. Great Product
I have been using this product for 3 months now and love it. I had pain in my left knee from inflamation and within a week it was 80% better. I know that there is mushroom coffee out there, but I do not like the taste of coffee and a few capsules are so much easier to take first thing in the morning.

I have just finished my bottle a couple days ago. I really like all my supplements, I believe I treat them before pharmaceutical drugs. I feel better and don't have any side effects. Keep up the good work.
