Not for the weak- if you can get over the smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a strong smeller so maybe biased- but you better be ready when you open this bottle. NO hiding the fishy smell. I don't seem to taste it at all and I DEFINITELY DO NOT have the fishy burps from other fish oils I've tried in the past. Effective in decreasing my post workout soreness- so I tolerate the smell.

The BEST vegan omega 3 on the market!
I’m a 51 y/o male and have been following a whole food plant based diet for more than 15 years now. I’ve used many different kinds & brands of vegan omega 3 supplements until discovering Sunwarrior Vegan Premium Omega 3 and I’m done searching for anything new. This is by far the BEST vegan omega 3 supplement I’ve ever taken. Within a week I noticed changes in my skin and my brain function. My skin was softer, smoother and just felt better. I have hypothyroidism and often experience brain fog. This omega 3 has significantly decreased the amount of brain fog to where sometimes I feel like it’s disappeared. Bought a jar of these few years ago as I'm funny about fishy-ness. I thought they were great. . . no smell. . . no nasty burps. But this s#!t right here!?!?! You can't get past the overwhelming dirty fish tank smell soon as you open the jar!!! OMFG!!! You've been warned. The wife won the bet with her lemon fish oil. Something had to of changed, as im 99. 999% sure it was the exact same bottle i bought directly from sunwarrior back then. Geesh (smh) back& forth repeatedly.

Did something change with these Omegas?
I provided this as feedback as well. I have bought the omega 3 in the past a few times and have liked it. This last one I recently bought is almost unbearable to take. The odor is so strong. It's almost like the smell of nasty sea. I can't really tell what it smells like but I can barely stand to swallow it. I have not experienced this with the other bottles I bought in the past. These omegas also leave black on my hands which is new as well and that awful smell lingers on my fingers. I wanted to provide this feedback. Not sure if I got a bad batch but I am considering throwing this away as the smell/taste is almost unbearable for me.

Fishy and sticky
I’ve used this for years. They must have changed the product or the manufacturing process. Now they small bad and are sticky. Kind of gross.
