Omega Wide Mouth Juicer Silver

I've used the juicer for about 2 weeks and have loved the juices. As with other reviews, it's a bit awkward or hard to take apart and put back together.

The worst juicer i ever had. Cannot juice down an apple. Absolute garbage. I love omega juicers, but this one is a shame. Going back.

If you’re serious about fresh juice without the hassle, this is totally worth it! The wide mouth fits whole fruits and large chunks of veggies, which means way less chopping — a huge time saver.The vertical design is compact and doesn’t take up too much counter space either which makes it easy to keep out for daily use. It’s also really easy to clean. A big daily must have!

I have a hard time forcing myself to get my veggies in, so it's a perfect way to trick myself by adding carrot juice to my orange juice or smoothies. I was worried about noise level since I often make breakfast early, but I've never heard complaints from anyone else in the house. Great juicer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made cold-press juicer, assembly isn’t easy following the instruction manual. I would say it’s just as loud as my blender but also a bit taller, making it tricky to store in my kitchen. Nevertheless this juicer extracts a lot of the pulp and can make a variety of natural juices and comes with a handy recipe booklet. The only downside is cleaning it after use, you have to take a few of the components apart to clean the pulp, but the only waste makes for great composting! I would highly recommend this juicer if you want fresh made cold-press juices at home.

I was annoyed by the amount of parts when I opened the box because I thought it looked like a headache waiting to happen. I was pleasantly surprised. All the pieces sit on top of one another and not in an annoying I can’t figure out how to thread this stupid thing and lock it in kind of way. In a kind of, this is made for idiots like me kind of way. The juicer didn’t get stuck once. I used carrots, whole apples, and whole kiwis and not one problem arose. The machine pauses when you open the lid so you can push things in if they do get stuck on the side. The juice tasted great, i was planning on gifting this to my mom but I don’t think I will 😈.

I’ve always bought the most expensive heat seeking type juicers that look like a spaceship and the process to clean and set up is likely just as similar. This little baby has retired those gadgets from my life forever!! Easy assembly, fast breakdown, easy to clean, incredible juicing with minimal liquid in the expelled pulp! And let’s talk oj…a good juicer will yield amazing orange juice with little froth. This did it perfectly and painlessly!!! I don’t know how I’ve lived without this in my life!

The recipes aren’t really super clear, just tells you apple, lemon, cucumber, etc. There are measurements, but not how to cut or prep the food to put it through. Assembly was easy. It is a little noisy, but that’s to be expected. I’m hoping this will get me into a healthy routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the wide mouth juicer has a wide mouth and I don’t need to chop the produce so small. This juicer seems to be well made as as durable as my other Omega juicer. The wide mouth vertical Juicer doesn’t take up as much counter space and could very well sit on the counter daily if I wanted to do so. It struggled a bit pressing the red cabbage for the unicorn juice I made but made easy work of the lemons and apples which is to be expected. There was a lot of foam which I am unsure if that is the juicers fault or if it depends on the produce being used. I’m not a fan of the foam. It’s very messy. Foam or not I am excited to have this juicer as part of my repertoire of small kitchen appliances.

Assembly was easy to follow. The chute could be a little wider to fit apples without having to cut them up. I believe the width is 3”. It was noisy at times, but it was really good at juicing the 3 ingredients listed above. Also, it’s important to keep on top of cleaning out the pulp chute or it may get clogged. Cleaning wasn’t too difficult. Although there are many components, all were easy to rinse off. The only component that was tougher to clean was the juicing screen, but Omega provides a brush to help with that!
