The best game of of its type from a third party.
Came here for the Earthbound-like style but bravely went through the horror genre (I don't like horror games or scary things normally). This game is a love letter to trauma and processing grief. It takes the 'let me show you' as opposed to the 'let me tell you' approach to rpg games. It forces the player to feel empathy and changes the way you see how the story (or at least the events of what happened) progresses. In short, this is a masterpiece built from an unlikely source using RPG maker out of all things. Truely a marvel in gaming history.
