Once Again Organic Tahini
First time trying this product. We love the Once Again Organic Tahini. Taste like peanut butter. We love to put it on Lundberg's Rice cakes, add some pieces of Endangered Species Dark Chocolate (Almonds & Sea Salt), then add slices of banana. Makes a great healthy snack!

Taste good, zero net carbs - keto friendly
I love tahini. I also prefer organic foods, now that I know of the nasty stuff that goes into conventional foods. This is a reasonably priced form of organic tahini. Price is important, because I go through a lot of tahini. I love the stuff and can eat it by the spoonful. It needs to be stirred up once really well. Then I recommend storing it in the refrigerator, to slow down separation. I use this tahini instead of salad dressing, since salad dressing generally comes with sugar and weird chemicals. This stuff is pure with essentially zero net carbs, for those watching their carbs (like I am).

Very good product. Easy to reincorporate oil then store upside down. The straight-walled jar is easy to extract product AND when empty makes a great storage jar.

Great customer service
I ordered this item two times. The first time I was happy with it. The second time, it arrived in a bag, but inside the bag, the glass jar had broken. I sent the Swanson company an email, including a photo of the bag. The next day, I got an email, and two days later, I received a new jar, in perfect condition. Thank you Swanson!

Good source of calcium
I use this product in salad dressings, blended fruit drinks, and some desserts. It contributes to the good flavor of each food. When you first open the jar, the oil is sitting on the top of the jar. You have to stir it a while to blend it back in which isn't too convenient but is worth the effort. It's too runny to use as a spread until you have used most of the jar where the content on the bottom is more solid. Since sesame seeds are high in calcium, I value it for this nutrient. And being organic makes it even better.

Good Quality
I felt this Tahini was good in quality and I was surprised that it didn't set up too hard in the refrigerator. It is always extremely easy to spread when cold yet doesn't seem to separate out. I mostly use it to add additional flavor to my homemade coconut and vinegar salad dressing.
