We love trying new games for family game night so this was a random choice but we had fun. I'd say it definitely depends on who you're playing with because it could be awkward if others aren't into it. Downside is you really need to download the app to make it more fun (it has background music when moving around the cards and walks you through the steps).

I bought this game for my husband and 2 boys, ages 10 and 8. It is a fun, game that everyone really enjoyed. Once you learn the rules, the game itself only take 10 minutes or less to play. My kids compared it to Among Us. It has been the game they keep asking to play. Definitely a ni staple for future family game nights

This is a fun game for large groups. If you're playing with a smaller group, the app is really nice to have and use as your "announcer". It takes a couple of rounds to learn the process, but it's not too complicated. Looking forward to getting this out when friends come over!

Played it every week with a wide age range. Lots of fun and doesn't get old. I would recommend you play with as many people as possible though; it's not as fun with only 4.

We bought this game and even though all the reviews are great, I wasn’t so sure it could be too much fun but it is!! My husband and and I played for HOURS with our 7, 9 and 11 year old! We were a little lost at first at what we were supposed to say when everyone woke up but got the hang of it quickly! I also thought there is no way we won’t hear/feel people sitting next to us moving the cards when directed to do so but we must have played about 50 times since last night and none of us could sense anyone moving cards. Definitely recommend this game of deception, so much fun. Seriously exactly what we needed to switch up from our normal board game collection! I highly recommend!

This game is soooo much fun. We definitely always have a blast playing it... Even with the arguing lol. I’d recommend 6 people and up because with less it’s not as much fun.

Very fun game to play with friends or family. For those that don’t know there is an app on your phone that you can download and run it while you play, it makes it so much easier to play with a group of people who don’t know the game. Provides hours of entertainment

This game is so much fun. I played it at my bestfriends corona friendly birthday and had no clue how to play but it’s so easy to catch on and it’s so fun to figure out who’s lying and who’s not. Would definitely recommend this.

I've played this game with family friends and it was so much fun that I purchased my own for board game night. It's fast pace and you can easily fit in multiple rounds. At first it can be confusing because of all the different roles but if you follow the instructions of the app, you should be fine. I also bought the Daybreak pack which can be played with the original.
