The onion powder itself smells like cardboard. The Aldi’s onion powder I had before smelled amazing. And I tried cooking some of the Target onion powder in oil, and there was barely any fragrance coming out. Gonna go back to Aldi’s brand, or try other brands to see if I get similar results.

Use this and never cry from onions again! Great to mix in with ground beef for onion flavor! It also is great to use to get rid of annoying relatives, because they will run away from you with this on your breath.
