The Ooni Digital Infrared Thermometer takes the guesswork out of pizza-making. This laser-guided, high-precision tool is designed to accurately measure the temperature of Ooni’s baking stones, so you know when to launch your pizza. Simply aim the laser at the center of your pizza stone, and the temperature will display on the screen. For the perfect pizza, aim for around 950°F (500°C), and enjoy a perfectly cooked pizza in just 60 seconds.

    OK thermometer for a big price tag

    Nice compact thermometer. Annoying that the red aiming dot doesn't always activate when pulling the trigger. Generally a lot of variation observed when measuring the stone temp.
