OPI Nail Envy - 0.5 fl oz

I was excited to try this nail treatment as most strengtheners are clear polish but this had a nice pink color. This polish looks incredibly streaky and uneven after the first 2 coats. Immediately took off the polish and will return the product. Disappointing as I like typical OPI polish but this was a fail.

Waste of money did not strengthen my nails. Did not prevent splitting or breaking.

I bought this nail polish strengthener a month ago and I am disappointed. I haven't notice them getting any stronger and still break off easily. I find the nail polish easily chips off through the day. I know the bottle says apply two layers a day. But it flakes off easily I have tk clear off the old polish to put the new layers on or it gets bumpy from all the chipped off spots. The color and concept is nice but I'm disappointed with my results.

Not impressed by this nail strengthening, had not altered my nails after 2 months. And I thought it had a pink glow to it but hasn't. It's misrepresenting the varnish. Will not buy OPI again.

Makes nails look very yellow not a great look not clean enough

My nails usually flake horizontally leaving them weak and then they break. The repair mode has given me stronger, longer nails.

I have used this product for many years. It was a game changer for my nails. However it Has not worked well for me since formula was changed unfortunately. I will be seeking another product

My chemotherapy treatment has left me with brittle nails that split easily. OPI Nail Envy seems to be helping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous upon reading the colour of the product I was receiving as Im not a huge coloured, especially pink, nails fan but was pleasantly surprised it was so pale its practically transparent, even after 7 coats. My nails definitely seem to be breaking and bending less with use of the product but by day 7 it was chipping off the ends/corners of my nails and my nails were breaking in the corners a little too. It was a lot harder to remove than I expected but I've never removed 7/8 coats in one go. Im almost at the end of my 2nd week of use and will definitely continue to use it as directed and see if it helps my nails strengthen long term but I'm not sure if it helps improve nails natural strength or if its only makes them stronger when painted by the nail envy. The only thing that puts me off buying is the price as it is very expensive in my opinion, especially as its got to be used daily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item overall was a great product, I could definitely feel my nails stronger when using it. It had no colour so it was good for work and was hard wearing considering my had are in water and chemicals a lot with my job. I did as it said and re applied daily for 7 days towards the end it did start to peel but it was nearly due to be removed anyway. Will be continuing to use this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried this out over the last couple of weeks and I haven’t experienced much difference yet on my nails. It does dry quickly and has a nice shine as expected, but isn’t enough pigmentation to use as a colour polish.

Gave nails nice shine and as I applied coats - nail ridges became less visible. Nails felt stronger from first use - I normally have splitting and breaks - nails are growing nicely. Will Definately continue to use this product. Although expensive - worth investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really weak bendy nails so nail strengthener is the only thing that keeps them looking nice and stops them breaking so easily. This one is really easy to apply, coats nails well without lumps and does actually strengthen my nails quite a bit. I tested it by trying to open something with my nails. Ordinarily the nails would lose this challenge but this time they won! You do need to re-do it around once a week (it chips off in the same way nail varnish does) but if you keep on top of it, it will actually keep your nails nice and strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used nail strengtheners before as my nails are brittle and can quite often split. This is the first one that I have found which works well. You are instructed on the box to apply the product over several days to ensure it lasts. 2 coats on day 1 and another coat between day 2 to 6. This works well for the longevity of the product, and the second application ( day 2-6) goes on nice and smoothly. I used this product over a two week span and it lasted longer than previous nail strengtheners. My only issue with the product is that it is called pink envy and it has a tint of pink, however when it is applied it goes on like a clear coat which could be misleading to some. Despite this, as a nail strengthener it does exactly what it is supposed to do and has allowed my nails to grow considerably in a short amount of time because they haven't split/cracked. I would highly recommend this product and would purchase it in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the instructions exactly: two coats on the first day, then one coat each day after. At first, I was really pleased. The formula applied smoothly, dried quickly, and gave my nails a lovely sheer pink finish. For the first couple of days my nails looked neat, healthy and glossy. Unfortunately, by day three or four the problems started. The polish began to chip and sometimes bulged in places, which made my nails look messy. Adding new coats on top just made the finish more uneven, and the application became difficult. I persevered for the full seven days as instructed, but honestly my nails looked unattractive for most of that time. Removal wasn’t easy either. I tried acetone-free remover, which only softened the varnish slightly. In the end, the whole layer peeled off in one piece from each nail, which wasn’t the smoothest process. On the positive is that after removal, my nails did feel a little stronger and the look with just two layers is stunning.
