Small Bottle Ineffective
I finished one small bottle of 40 gummies. Take 2 a day. So far, no difference. I ordered a second bottle because it was on sale and figured maybe I need to give it more time. The vitamins main ingredient is sugar. So that doesn’t sit well with me. I may just go back to a prenatal vitamin.

Opening advanced gummie
I could not open my advanced bottle. We had to break the top to get it off. It said push down and turn. We did and all it did was keep turning and never came off. Because of this I will not buy this product again.

I like the gummy idea of the vitamins but it really doesn’t work I went through 2 bottles and I didn’t see a difference in my hair, skin or nails. I found other products that works great.

Nails too strong abnormal
It seems to work for just my nails. After taking it for a few weeks, my nails are super strong but it's abnormal. I can't cut my nails easily since my nails are harder. I was scared of it actually and I stopped using it since... The funny taste is ok. Beautiful packaging.

It works for growing girls !
My little sister takes this and it helps her with her nails and hair. I also think that it contains a decent amount of gummies based on the price. Personally, I have tried them and it doesn’t work as much for me but I do like that they taste good unlike others that for me have a weird texture
