I’ve only gotten to try it a couple of times, but he’s been way more consistent with it since he works out more regularly at the gym. He absolutely loves it and states it’s helping him with his gains. I wish he wasn’t so camera shy so I could post his progress pics. It’s only been about a month, but even a small change has really boosted his confidence and motivation to keep pushing harder. Now, from someone who’s not super focused on muscle building and can’t give much input on that aspect, I will say, this product smells divine!!! Like, truly heavenly. You open the container and boom—passion fruit goodness. It tastes so good I want to drink it like juice (but I don’t… unless I’m working out 😅 the temptation is there though haha). But wow. Flavor alone? 10/10. And one more thing, my husband instantly trusted it when he saw the brand. It’s not super sweet but I appreciate that because there is no added nonsense. I LOVE the macro profile with this and the fact that it has added electrolytes and vitamins to give me a bigger bang for my buck. This is actually a much better well rounded supplement than I planned and I cannot wait to keep this around as a staple in my fitness and recovery routine!

I tried it in a smoothie and a lemonade version and loved it. If your a women you have to take small doses to start. Definitely worth the money.

I took away one star because the product did not come with a scoop. This made it harder to use on the go at the gym because I had to bring measuring spoons to use it.
