[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right off the bat, I will say that this didn’t come with a scoop, so if I didn’t already have a scoop from a previous product, I would have had to find the correct measuring spoon to follow the suggested serving size. The flavor of the product is very tropical and enjoyable when mixed into water. There is a bit of grittiness since it does not all dissolve and sits at the bottom of the cup, but that’s not entirely uncommon and the product was still effective, enjoyable, and I felt more energized when exercising after consistent usage. I know some people like to dry scoop their creatine, but I do not recommend that for this product, since it will feel like you’re doing the cinnamon challenge from years ago. Overall, this is a great and effective product that I will continue to use and consider purchasing once I run out; it could just be further enhanced with adding in a scoop.

I have just started incorporating this supplement into my diet and have loved the results so far! I the texture was nice and easy to ingest when mixed. I felt more energized and had more clarity of mind after consistent use of this product. The flavor is delicious and I love how I feel using this while working out!

I was really disappointed when trying this product for the first time and continued on using it because I didnt want it to go to waste. It mixes well but the flavor overall is just terrible and not at all refreshing or even nice to drink. The quality of the product is good, I just couldnt get over the flavor and the aftertaste it left in my mouth. I don't really recommend if you don't like this fruit.

I will say the flavor of this promos really good and I didn’t notice a difference in my water retention while using it. However, I felt like I needed to drink additional water with this product as I began having headaches after drinking this during the day. I would say potentially the sweetener used was irritating, but it did happen a few times.

I will say however because I am busy athlete in summer training I apparently did not take the time to read the serving size and have found that there is no scoop in the container I read the serving as 2 tablespoons when it was definitely two teaspoons. This was definitely my fault for reading but I was also really disappointed to see the there was no scoop in the container so i had to find a teaspoon scoop or eyeball the amount. However with the correct amount in 12oz the drink is really good tasting and kind if reminds me of the orange flavored name brand energy drinks. I also had a new regeneration after each workout and felt more ready to go for my next workout then I did without the supplement.

I've been taking it almost everyday and have noticed i have better workouts and have more energy through out the day. I havent taken it long enough to notice drastic changes but I will continue taking this one.

At the same time, I received a sample of Optimum Nutrition and mixed it for him to drink. I was really surprised with the product. The taste is easy to drink after dissolving it with water. He said it rehydrates quite well, making his body less tired than when exercising. He really likes the product.

I’ve been buying supplements for years but never looked at Optimum Nutrition just because I was stuck in my ways with the same supplements I had used forever. One thing I notice first was how quickly it mixed into water and smoothies. The texture is like that of other creatines with a small gritty feeling, but it did feel a bit finer than others. Overall great product and worth it as a creatine supplement.
