A: Great question! The Oral-B iO Gentle Care has been renamed to the Oral-B iO Gum and sensitive but still has the same great brush head, and will offer a gentle and dazzling cleaning.

The soft bristles are gentle on your teeth and gums and let's you know when they need to be replaced by the change of color in the bristles. I didn't notice a scent on them, which is perfect for those sensitive to certain scents.

The bristles are able to scrape away even at the hardest to reach spots without being too rough! No sensitivity for me which is such a win as I have a problem with VERY sensitive teeth! So excited that I have found a new system that works for me as my old toothbrush was ready to go!

The Oral-B iO Sensitive Gentle Care Refills are soft and gentle which are really nice for my sensitive gum. It works great for brushing and cleaning my teeth without hurting my gum. Very good quality and well packaged. It's pricey but definitely worth it. I'd highly recommend it!

I love the individual packaging because I can remove from the bigger package and store in a more compact way in my vanity. The bristles aren’t too rough and feel nice when brushing. I also love how the bristles turn white when it’s time to change the head.
