Q: How are the portion sizes? Breading to fish ratio? Tips on baking this?

A: They are perfect breading to fish ratio in my experience. I use an air fryer. I can’t recall what the directions say for the temp but I do breaded frozen shrimp at 360 degrees. May need to up the temp for the last few minutes until fully cooked and not translucent. The breading stays on better if done properly.

I love fish and chips , but haven't been able to have it since gluten became an issue. This IS the answer to all that and my kids have now started grabbing my bag and popping it into the air fryer. This product is fantastic...don't change anything! You just need to add your own chips.

You get a lot of fish for the price! It is a bit greasy, but delicious for GF! This brand is new to me as someone who has celiac. I looked them up and I’d LOVE for Target to carry a few other products from this brand. I’d really like to try their breaded GF cod. They have salmon too! So, hey Target could you offer more options from this brand for us that need GF?

I discovered these at Target when my usual pacific seafood brand of GF cod was out of stock at my local natural grocers. The amount of fish you get in this bag is great for the price, especially compared to my usual pacific seafood brand. However, this fish is maybe bit harder to get crispy and it is greasier than the pacific seafood GF breaded cod. I believe this is maybe polluck? I would love to have this brand's breaded gf cod available to try to fully compare bewteen these two GF brands. This is pretty darn good for GF fish though. I hope my target will consider stocking their GF breaded cod. I do think it would be really popular because for those with gluten issues- GF breaded fish is such a huge find!

This battered fish was so good, I could’ve wept! Not joking. As a celiac, it’s hard to get fish batter just right like one was used to with the glutened batter. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great tasting, quick to bake or air fry for a nice fish dinner!
