Some teething issues but overall indispensable
I received a faulty unit (refused to power on even when fully charged) but the issue was handled well by Ordo. I now have no idea how I survived without one of these.. The buttons can seem to be poorly located but I can’t say precisely how it could be improved.? Since having this I cannot imagine ever being without one; you simply cannot clean your mouth thoroughly without one.

Best water flosser with a downside
Easily the best water flosser I’ve used. It’s very powerful. But you don’t get to use the tanks full capacity as advertised because of the lid is position in the middle which prevents you from filling water to max capacity. The base of the tank can be opened but with force - it’s a little cumbersome. Apart from this, easy to use and powerful.

Much better than dental floss
i much prefer the water flosser to dental floss as i can get to the back teeth which i could not with the dental floss, it has a great hold to press buttton and has adjustment levels so you can talior the water jet to you liking I significantly favor the water flosser over traditional dental floss because it allows me to reach the back teeth, which I struggled to do with dental floss. It features a comfortable button to press and has adjustable settings, enabling you to customize the water stream to your preference.

Purple water flosser
Im so happy with my purchase, haven’t seem my smile so clean and bright but since I use this water flosser my teeth are brighter and I received more compliments than usual! It is so powerful even on the lowest setting and there is two more I haven’t even tried as there is no need at all! I am happy and I recommend everyone one to try the product. You can also extend your warranty via a leaflet in the box which you scan with your phone!Thx Ordo!!!

Underperforming and overpriced,
Difficult to hold. Water pressure not great. It looks like it was made from recycled car tyres so the buttons are difficult to distinguish. Bought in a hurry when my old flosser packed up. I will now take time to look for a new one and this very expensive mistake will go in the bin.

Good whilst it lasts
Does what it is required to do, but is not long lasting. This is the third one I have had in a little over a year. The first failed after a few weeks and was replaced under warranty. Its replacement lasted about a year before failing. The only consolation is that I've had similar problems with water flossers from two other manufacturers which cost considerably more than Ordo.

Really great water flosser. Has 3 different modes which are all effective. Descent size and realiable. Since recieving it, im yet ti charge it once and its lasted over 6 weeks so far. Would really recommend

Great look, great colour, great quality
My first water flosser and I do not regret it. Rechargeable, which means no ugly cable on display. I'm on week 4 and still haven't had the need to recharge it. Comes in a cute matching travel bag which I used on my last trip for my toothbrush and travel case. Great product.
