These hashbrowns have been a staple in my home for decades. They are great.for cooking by themselves as a side for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are also great in casseroles that call for diced or shredded potatoes. They are delicious in soups and stews too. I recommend them and will purchase them in the future.

I like to combine these with sour cream, shredded Colby Jack, milk, butter, onions, and cream of chicken soup. Spread into baking dish and top with more cheese. I have been purchasing these for over 10 years. They make the perfect, fresh tasting hash browns. What I love about them is that they are simply frozen shredded potatoes, so you are able to customize this to your preference. I cook these with a little olive oil and water in a frying pan. You can add bell peppers and onions while cooking and end with a dash if salt and pepper. Delicious with a side of eggs.

These are my go to for breakfast. I cook these by themselves in oil or add them to a casserole. They are so crispy and delicious and are a staple side dish. Ore-Ida has the yummiest frozen potatoes. I would recommend these shredded hash potatoes.

I make a delicious casserole by adding lots of other ingredients I have on hand that I need to use up. Just make something up out of your head and add shredded cheese. Delicious.
