[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reviwing for my honest opinion. Ore Ida shredded hash brown potatoes. This is a 30 oz bag which, gives you ten servings at 1&1/4 cup per serving. At 60 calories, that's not too bad. It's quite simple to make, just heat in a skillet on the stove for about 14 minutes and flip it halfway through. It creates a nice golden brown crust that's depending on just how long you cook it for. I added a bit of cheese to it for some cheesy goodness! Quick , tasty, and easy to make.

The texture honestly depends on how you cook it and how crispy you are able to get it. I prefer mine to be just a little crispy and like to make breakfast bowls with eggs and sausage. The hashbrowns are spread out and cooked for a little more than 5 minutes on one side and when you flip it and start breaking it up, the side that was cooking is nice and crispy. It’s a great bang for your buck because you get so much hashbrowns in this bag for the price and the taste and quality are worth it.
So good especially with cheese!

They taste great on their own or inside a breakfast burrito. The cooking instructions are very simple and I recommend using avocado oil for less smoking. The packaging is not cheap feeling, and it stands out on the shelf with the signature red color. These are a great value for the quality, and one additional bonus is that these are low sodium, with only 25mg of sodium per serving! I add a bit of sea salt and cracked pepper to taste.

Frozen into solid block, not sure if from thawing while 'being shopped' or if it was like that in the frozen case. Either way. Making the shredded hash browns impossible to cook as intended :(

I made these a while ago so I don’t have any pics, but they were very very easy to make hash towns for an impromptu breakfast idea, my only complaint was that it took a lot more time than I thought they would to fully cook and get to that golden brown color, and if I upped the temp, they would have burnt. Tasted very fresh for the price, can’t beat it. Packaging was simple, and easy to put away (cut a vertical slit on the top and knot when finished).

I’m a bit impatient so it can take a white on the stove top, but I’ve found you can cook them in the air fryer easily too. It’s a good value for the size and I like them nice and crispy, so it takes awhile to get to that level, but overall a speedy and low effort thing to prepare. They even taste good meal prepped and reheated which is a plus
