Combine equal amounts of Oregon Chai concentrate and milk (or any dairy substitute). 1/2 Oregon Chai. 1/2 milk or milk substitute. Hot Chai Latte: heat mixture using stove top, microwave or steaming wand. Iced Chai Latte: Pour mixture over ice.

The only flavor this tea has is sugar. There's a very light spice scent, but it can not be tasted at all. This tea gave me flashbacks of living in the Southeast and the only tea option was extra extra sweet. 31g of sugar in 3/4 cup is way too much sugar...for me at least.
Please make a version with saccharin instead of sucralose!

I am one of the rare people whose genes don't let me taste any artificial sweeteners as sweet, with the exception of Sweet n' Low (saccharin). I love this idea, please make a version with saccharin instead of sucralose so we Bitter Splenda people can enjoy this too!

If you want a chai that tastes almost like Starbucks chai tea latte without all the sugar this is it! It does have a sweet taste to it so I suggest if you don’t want it so sweet pair it with unsweetened milk like almond or oat milk to tone it down and enjoy it.

Not enough chai spice. Very watery. Too much sucralose taste. Tazo concentrate much better. I’ve tried it twice now and it’s just too awful to even drink more than a few sips.

I absolutely looooove the OG version of this chai. So I was excited to see a more calorie conscious option available! I have to say this is not as tasty as the original & definitely has an artificial sweetener taste. I think I’ll sacrifice the cals & go with the non sugar free version ☺️

I LOVE this stuff! I just discovered it and it has me wondering WHERE has it been my entire life?!?! Some of this concentrate, some unsweetened almond milk and a dash of dairy free pumpkin spice creamer makes for the most delicious iced chai tea at home for a fraction of the cost you’d pay at a coffee shop and tons less calories!

I only gave it a one since I cannot give it a zero! This stuff is horribly sweet and tastes nothing like chai. I wish I could get my money back. I normally buy the taxi brand but they were out at my local target so I tried something new. Huge mistake.

this product has “natural flavors” which i don’t love, but it tastes good! if you’re looking for a spicier chai then i’d say go with the Masala chai concentrate that target also sells for a more organic option!

I make this with unsweetened almond milk to keep the calorie count low and it's great. I'm not a chai expert, but I love the balance and intensity of the spices in this and the clean ingredient list (except for the sucralose). Of course, since it's a concentrate, you can mix it how you want to get your preferred flavor. I would prefer it a little less sweet, but it's ok. The sucralose taste is very present, so if you don't like that sweetener, you probably won't like this product.

Clearly from the reviews this item isn't for everyone. The sugar free version doesn't have as strong of a chai taste. I still like it and it works for me. You can drink it hot or cold and dress it up however you want.

If you’re looking to make a good chai at home, this is the best concentrate you could ever use. It’s the same one Dutch Bros uses. I put a little bit of vanilla in mine and it taste amazing!
