I was glad to find a cooking spray without any additives. But only one out of the three bottles I purchased had a sprayer that worked. As for the nonstick quality, I thought it worked well, both for cooking eggs and pancakes, and for greasing pans for baking. However, I won’t purchase again because the spray function is too unreliable
Terrible.

Food burns and sticks to the pan every time, even if on low heat.

This spray is great if you have a soy allergy, as it has no soy lecithin in it. However, because of that the spray does not work well as a non-stick spray.

Wow, firstly, the spray comes out in a wide swath and gets not only all over the pan, but also all over the whole area where you're spraying. Secondly, and more importanly, it does not work. Everything I've made using it has stuck to the bottom of the pan or baking dish pretty terribly. I just ruined a cake and am on cake number two, trying to get it out of the pan. It took me a few times to figure out that this spray is useless and I will not use it again. The whole purpose of cooking spray is to allow baked items to release, and this terrible spray does not do that!
Everything sticks

I was planning to buy PAM but I bought this because I liked that it's non-aerosol and organic. But everything sticks! It's almost like the more I spray, the MORE things stick to the pan. I can use this for other things, I guess, but the point was to keep things from sticking to the pan, and now I still need to buy a can of non-stick spray.

The nozzle ensures that everything will be coated in oil except your pan. Amazing trick but true! Also what does hit the pan will make your food stick more, not less. I also think it's a fire hazard because when I sprayed it onto my waffle iron it hits the heating element creating lots of smoke. I'm not a novice cook and have been making waffles for years and never have I used such a horrid spray oil.
Worked perfectly fine for me!

Idk what people are doing to having all these sticking issues but I'm starting to believe some people just dont know how to cook. Like people who are using this to bake... if you are going to bake you need a non-stick spray with flour! Such as Bakers Joy or Pam Baking. So yeah obviously if you use this for baking, it may not work. But I just got done cooking dino nuggets in the oven with this spray, and nothing stuck to the pan and the nuggets turned out crispy.

I only bought this spray because the store was out of the one I normally buy, and it broke the first time I tried to use it. It was frustrating that I paid 3x the normal price for an unusable item.

For reference, I use this in my 8x8 metal pan for brownies, and they always come out perfectly unstuck to the pan and the edges chewy. I also recently used it in a glass dish for stuffed peppers, which also came out nicely unstuck! Also, a little goes a long way. It’s a spray, so it’s easy to get everywhere and on the bottle itself, but wiping it off with a towel fixes it easily. :)

The word "organic" should not be affixed to any canola oil. Canola oil is made from genetically modified "r-a-p-e seed". It is a GMO product from the get go.

No matter how hard I press, the oil comes out in a trickle. No spray. Which defeats the purpose of the product.

This propellant-free oil is perfect for my bread pans. hold the nozzle down firmly to get it to spray a mist, lightly for a stream of oil.

I love canola oil but I prefer organic so I was super happy to see target have this. I’ve used this for over a year and I just saw these low ratings on here and honestly people…. It’s canola oil. The spray can is also pretty good. If you bake things in a pan that is questionable in its non stick ability you should also flour the pan after you spray. I’ve never had problems, I cook and bake all the time. Canola oil has a high smoke temp so it’s better than olive oil for baking and frying.
Fix the nozzle.

Spray is explosive, disperses everywhere. If you want to coat your stovetop and floors in canola oil every time you make scrambled eggs, this is the spray for you. Seriously, Target corporate, please address this with your manufacturer and have them duplicate more functional nozzles on the marketplace. From the looks of the other negative reviews, it looks like this product used to have a meager spray, and it’s been completely overhauled now to mimic a fire extinguisher. You’re selling a borderline defective product.

I love this spray. I’ve never had a problem using it. I’ve even dropped it a few times and dented the can (yikes) and it always sprays evenly. I agree with another poster. I think the people giving it low ratings are not spraying enough oil. The other sprays have extra things in it, so you can use less. Ive coated bread pans with this and have never had an issue.
