AT LAST! I found some quality mustard for my mustard chicken breast recipes. This glass jar means it will keep fresh for a longer time. Everyone should have a jar in their pastry for mustard is so good on almost everything. two ounces goes a long way.

It dissolved in my recipe without issue. I like that it is organic so there are no preservatives. It came in a heavy glass container. I received an incentive to write this review.

My friend had told me that mustard seed can be very flavorable and yummy when marinating any type of meat. I tried It in chicken wings first and then put It into a dry rub for ribs one night. The spice is typical tasting which is good because sometimes organic can be bland. The price seems typical for an organic item, and it is good that the bottle was filled high. I really like this ground mustard! I use it to make seitan along with the G&G ground coriander and it works out great! I like that the organic spices are affordable. 86 Eats seitan pastrami!! I'm buying more rn.

I made an entire casserole of baked beans that had to be thrown out because of a strong, horrid flavor. Upon investigation I discovered the ground mustard had an overwhelming bitter taste to it. I assume it was the batch I got, but won’t be repurchasing to find out.
