I first had my A1c tested over 15 years ago and it was 6.1. Over the next dozen years I made many dietary and exercise changes, lost 60 lbs, became super fit, ate a vegan diet, stopped eating a vegan diet. Went paleo then keto...no matter what I did my A1c was between 6.0-6.5. After 2 years of Organic India's Ceylon Cinnamon, my A1c is 5.7 consistently. I eat a low-ish fat diet, still eat carbs with moderation and here I am. Normal blood sugar for the first time in my recorded history!

My whole family is trying to get healthy. Both my mother and I were pre-diabetic. We both are trying to get our sugar levels down in a healthy manner. After just two weeks of using this product both of us had our blood work come back normal! Best of all you can take these as capseuls, or empty them into your food or drink. I love that they are fair trade as well.

A way to promote healthy sugar levels! I have heard that this helps with insulin resistance and can be used as an anti-inflammatory. Love the fact that it is organic, as I try to live the healthiest lifestyle as possible.

I am fairly young and was told that I am pre-diabetic, so I'm trying to make some healthy changes to my diet and add in quality products that will aid me in controlling my sugar and helping with insulin production. This product has a wonderful sweet smell, is easy to take alongside a healthy diet and exercise, I think it's going to make a big difference.

Organic India Ceylon Cinnamon was great used in an apple berry crumble recipe! The flavor of the cinnamon was sweeter and milder than some other cinnamons I have used for breakfast or dessert. I also took 2 caplets as a supplement serving. No unpleasant taste or any upset stomach that I have sometimes with supplements. I love the support Ceylon Cinnamon and my other supplements give my body to work it's best and be healthy!

I have not tried this one yet but I received free samples to try with my group and I was quite impressed with what I received from @OrganicIndiaUSA and @tryazon. The fiber supplements leave you full and I could tell the difference in digestion after taking it. I used this in my smoothie this morning and I must say the texture was so fine and thin and I wasn't able to tell that I had fiber blended into the smoothie. I opened the capsules to put in smoothie!

I have long heard that cinnamon is a good anti-inflammatory, among other health benefits. I have only just begun to take these capsules, but I notice an improvement in my overall feeling already! I love how the capsules are so easy to swallow and easy on my digestion. I would order these again!
