Not potent enough
When taking the recommended dosage it does not lower my blood sugar sufficiently. I have tried other brands with more Berberine that lowers my blood sugar.

I struggle with high cholesterol levels including high LDL and triglycerides. They are below the normal range. I haven’t lost a lot a of weight but I’m working on it. Thank you for providing this product. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Berberine for weight management

I initially lost about 10 pounds, and have lost a few more over the last several months, but more importantly I haven’t regained any weight. It gives me a sense of fullness when taking before my meals, so I eat a little less. I keep it table side so I remember to take it with me meals. This, along with moderate exercise is keeping me a little healthier.
