The taste is very earthy but not too bad. There is value in the quality of the vitamin, I very much so appreciated the balance of placebo afterwards. All natural ingredients too, I did do my research and I’m happy with what was packaged! Very much so recommend !

After a month of use, I didn’t notice anything significant, so I decided not to continue. However, if you know you like maca root complex, this brand is a great value. The packaging is attractive with an easy open lid. I appreciate that the ingredients list is very short and straight-forward without many additives, but I did find that the capsules are a bit large for my liking.

I felt the desired energy boost and libido increase after just one dose during my follicular and ovulation cycle phase. There is no taste in the capsules, and I like that you don't have to take it consistently before noticing results. The ingredients are simple and straightforward - nothing extra added that is unidentifiable. I took some during my Luteal cycle phase, and it was less effective, but still helped to increase my energy and mood. This is a great supplement to take to support our cycles and help to balance hormones.

I started using Women's MACA Root Complex about 2 weeks ago and I'm happy to say that this supplement is easy to take as it's size made it easy to swallow. I did not experience any aftertaste which you can have with some supplements. The information on the bottle was helpful and easy to read and directions easy to follow. The only drawback that I had with the supplement was the aroma. It's slightly off-putting. But if you can get around that which I can, so I am looking forward to the benefits!

I was excited to try them for the benefits stated but discontinued after GI issues. I might try them again in a few weeks. They were easy to take and did not have a bad taste. If I am ok using them when I try again I will buy them as the price is decent for a 30 day bottle.

I am at that age now where I suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. I have heard about Maca root helping with that, so I was eager to try i. I had tried a lower dose strength prior that didn't really work. These are easy to swallow, and they definitely have helped my hot flashes. I take mine at night before I go to bed, because it's easier for me to remember to take it at night as opposed to during the day when I'm busy and may forget to take them, and they have completely gotten rid of my night sweats. My daily hot flashes are not completely gone, but they are less severe and less often during the day, I figure the more I take them, the less and less I will have my hot flashes.

My thoughts are mixed on this supplement. While I did feel more energy while using it, there were some drawbacks. Firstly, the size of the capsule is a bit challenging to swallow but at lease the taste isn’t off putting. Second, I think the supplement may have upset my stomach a bit despite following the dosing instructions. I felt a slight improvement in my performance when it comes to completing life’s daily tasks. To be fair, I have only been using this product a little over 1 week so it might take more time to feel the benefits fully, as most supplements do.

Even noticed a little spike in my libido. So far I really enjoy it. I take it in the mornings and it hasn’t interrupted my sleep at all. The capsules don’t leave an aftertaste which is nice since some supplements do.
