I bought this for my son that has autism he has a really bad habit of biting his nails ! first off I love the product! the only thing is that it does chip off easily! I did reapply the nail polish every 5 days and it seems to be helping. my son doesnt have his hands often in his mouth just stay consistent with the product! I was also curious about the product that I also put it on and it definitely has a bad taste lmfaoo 🤣 when my son first started to use this product his nail biting was so bad he was picking at his skin on the side of his fingernails and now his nails are healed! also would recommend cuticle oil after

This tastes absolutely disgusting- which is great! There’s no smell, but it has a very strong bitter taste that lasts. I’ve found with my child with ADHD and compulsion to bite nails, it needs to be re-applied every couple days. It doesn’t work perfectly, the brain still produces such a strong drive for stimulation, but it HAS reduced the constant nail-biting and licking tremendously!

I just painted my nails for the first time with this polish and I can honestly confirm it’s tastes like ear wax/ Tylenol on steroids… the taste is so disgusting the mental conditioning to not bite the nails especially while eating should kick in very soon…

The taste is disgusting!! I bite my nails or chew on them daily and have been doing so for 20+ years. I’ve already tried subconsciously to chew on them and I get met with the taste. It’s pretty strong and lingers in your mouth for a bit. Which is good. So far works well. They also have a bit of a gloss to them, maybe a bit of a pinkish tint but it looks natural and good!

I have been a nail biter for most of my life and it has been a very hard habit for me to break. I had acrylic nails on for about a month and after taking them off, I felt a lot better having my nails grown out and decided to give this polish a try. Since my nails had grown so much with the acrylics on, this polish has been a good reminder for me to leave them alone. However, I gave 4 stars because I think if I hadn’t had the acrylics and just tried to stop with this polish, I don’t think it would have worked for me. Taste is definitely bitter and seems to last awhile
