Waste of money
I had long nails super long nails then I used this nail polish it didn’t help. One broke and that’s how it went it didn’t make my nails any stronger. I thought this stuff was going to be good for my nails I was probably better off not even buying this product and leaving my nails alone. It was just a waste of money back to short nails again sadly. Ugh. If you’re thinking about this product you probably don’t need it there’s probably a better nail polish to protect long nails. I don’t think this is the right polish. It also peels off super fast like within one day or two I didn’t even do dishes or anything. I would just pass on it and if you have long nails and want to preserve them all you can do is go to a nail salon and have them protect it with gel polish or whatever stuff they use on keeping natural nails nice. It’s just a waste of money maybe made for young girls to play pretend manicure? That’s all I can think. I would totally return it but I don’t have my receipt I’ll probably just throw it away.

Works to protect weak nails
I needed something to support nails that are weak and lightly separating at the tips, while I wait for them to recover. I don't like to paint my nails a color, but I liked the idea of this, and really needed to try something. I like this product in that it dries quickly and feels strong, but it has a tendancy to trap bubbles if the layer isn't THIN. I'd suggest never laying even a semi-thick layer unless you're covering it with opaque color. It also peels within a week, but I am fairly active with my hands. I have to reapply every few days, which I don't love, but I do love that my nails feel hard and protected while it's on. Also, when it peels, the nails underneath don't appear damaged in any way by the treatment. (If I try to peel it before it naturally detaches, the nail surface looks a little rough.) I will keep using it.

It’s alright.
It takes a really long time to dry and if you don’t prep your nails, it can just peel off entirely at the slightest interaction. Bottle design and brush is nice, leaves a pretty tint as well, very natural-looking. It’s not a bad product by any means but I prefer their nail strengthener instead.

From brittle chipped nails to strong long nails!
This stuff works. I’m not a person that writes reviews but I had to for this product. For anyone that struggles with growing their natural nails, brittle, thin, etc. I’m 27 years old and I have never had nails as long and strong as they are now thanks to Sally Hansen nail hardener. Buy it, you’ll be as happy as I am! The first photo is from November 2025 and the second photo is from today, January 2026.

Great rehab product
Broke one of my nails and this worked wonders to strengthen it back up. Packaging was easy to open and use. Drying time was average for a nail polish. It applied just like a regular polish was, did have a scent but not too bad and was very affordable.

Will strengthen and grow your nails
If you are trying to strengthen and grow out your nails, I highly recommend this product. I haves used this and it original form for years and it works like a charm. You can apply daily and you may see some chips after a week but just remove and start over. It worked wonders for me, especially in between having acrylic nails.

It’s not a miracle worker, but my nails are thin and fragile from acrylics & a few coats of this makes them SO much more comfortable! Plus they look clean and shiny! I reapply every few days because it does seem to wear off a little, but it dries super quickly so I don’t mind.
